Histola research offer a wide range of modern in vitro-methods e.g. cytotoxicity screening using various cell lines and tissues, including irritation and corrosive testing using 3-D skin and eye models. We perform our tests in compliance with GLP regulations. We are constantly improving our services and also employing new testing methods. We assist our customers in developing test strategies to meet their specific needs.

• Cytotoxicity screening with several cell lines covering various end points, e.g. respiratory chain activity (MTT/WST-1), energy balance (cellular ATP), membrane integrity (LDH), lysosomal activity (NR) and total protein synthesis (SRB)
